Bijon Watson’s career as a musician and educator spans more than 25 years and has taken him around the globe to perform for audiences worldwide and has recorded and performed with iconic artists, including Michael Bublé, the late Natalie Cole, Justin Timberlake, Clayton-Hamilton Jazz Orchestra, Harry Connick Jr., Diana Krall, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Arturo Sandoval, Barbara Morrison to Alicia Keys… and the list goes on. On television, Bijon has performed on episodes of “American Idol”, “The Tonight Show”, “The Grammy Awards”, “BET Music Awards” and has made appearances in films, including “La La Land”, and has recorded on several soundtracks with studios such as Paramount Pictures, Fox and Disney, including “Despicable Me 2” and “The Secret Life of Pets”.

A dedicated educator, Bijon is an in-demand clinician that has given master classes and clinics to colleges, conservatories, secondary schools, high schools, and middle schools throughout the United States, and Europe, as well as maintaining a private lesson studio.

Niles Thomas is a critically-acclaimed artist, composer and producer previously signed under the EMI Music and Warner Bros Music umbrellas. As an artist, Thomas has toured the globe performing on stages worldwide and has had his original music licensed in film and television in Europe, Asia and America, including shows on HBO, NBC, TBS, Discovery Channel and Showtime, to name a few. As a music producer, Thomas has been credited on many records, co-producing and writing in various genres including jazz, pop, electronic, R&B to country, for independent and signed major artists in the mainstream market.

Thomas Bridge is the current President of North America for Ebiquity plc, the global leader in media management & accountability. Prior to that, he was CEO of Media Management, Inc. for 27 years.  Throughout his career in advertising, Thomas has worked with some of the largest U.S. media companies providing guidance, management & accountability.

Thomas began his involvement in jazz in the mid 1970s when he became a member of the New Orleans American Federation of Musicians (Local 174-496) while studying with the late, famed drummer Paul Ferrara. His lifelong love of jazz has inspired him to provide opportunities for young musicians to be mentored by A-List musicians.

Thomas & his wife Elizabeth reside in Las Vegas and over the past several years have brought in musicians such as Gregg Bissonette, Butch Miles, Gregg Field & Tommy Igoe to lead concerts and clinics for local musicians. Thomas also provided advisory support for the first annual Las Vegas Drum Show.

For over five years, Sam Mann has been at the forefront of the entertainment industry as a producer, engineer, and live host. You may be most familiar with her work as a Las Vegas radio personality; however, she can also be credited for various contributions behind the scenes at the Billboard & Latin Billboard Music Awards, ACMs, Emmys, NHL Awards, TEDx, Insomniac & C3 Music Festivals, Condé Nast, and SiriusXM. Sam has been celebrated for her aptitudes within the Las Vegas community and affords her talents to shape the future of broadcasting as an honored board member of the Nevada Broadcasters Foundation.

After graduating from UNLV in 2020, she diversified into the world of sports media, accepting a reporting position with ESPN LV, and now continues her contractual work in television with NBC Sports, in addition to producing, engineering and co-hosting our B-SIDE Radio Show with The Jazz Republic. 

Brandon Pierce is the Digital Marketing Director at Purdue Marion & Associates. Over the past decade, Brandon has been responsible for helping clients achieve successful growth in all facets of digital marketing, advertising, and social media management.
